Paula has won countless dog grooming awards including twice winning the prestigious BDGA "GROOMER OF THE YEAR". Paula was also a member "Groom Team England" and won the GOLD medal for grooming an English Cocker Spanial at the Barcelona World Dog Grooming Championship. Paula is one of the UK Grooming Elite holding the highest LCGI qualification which is held by approximatly only 15 UK dog groomers.

At Newbury we have very strict practical and written policy's on the way your dog is treated whist in our care. We have CCTV systems installed at Newbury to further protect our clients and their dogs during the dog grooming process and whilst on company premises.
